大型直线振动筛动应力分析与模型模态分析

摘    要:应用ANSYS软件,建立了振动筛的有限元模型,为了避免产生共振,根据模态分析结果对模型进行了修改,进而对该振动筛模型进行了谐响应分析,计算出筛体在不同频率下的响应,得到一些幅频特性曲线;并对该振动筛模型样机进行了实验模态分析,探索了大型筛分机械的数值分析方法和实验模态分析技术。
