| 摘 要： | 基于破碎过程和破碎机理,指出了分级破碎技术节能的原因;从降低系统能耗的角度出发,分析了分级破碎设备的系统设计参数和运行参数的优化准则;在此基础上,阐述了设备设计的关键技术,为开发高效、低能耗大型分级破碎设备奠定了理论基础。

| Abstract: | s: Based on the crushing principle and mechanism,the paper presents the cause of energy-saving sizing crush technology;for the target of reducing energy consumption in system,analyzed the optimization criteria for system design parameters and operation parameters of sizing crushing device,and on that basis,described the key technology in design of crusher,witch lay the theoretical foundation for developing high-efficiency,energy-saving large-size sizing crushing equipment. |
