平朔二号井选煤厂新型煤泥水药剂试验及药剂制度优化研究

摘    要:为解决平朔二号井选煤厂煤泥水沉降效果差、药剂消耗量大的问题,采用新型高效絮凝剂及其复配药剂进行煤泥水沉降试验,并对该厂煤泥水药剂制度进行了优化。试验结果表明,凝聚剂PTDN2140和絮凝剂PTDX1220配合使用,先加PTDN2140、后加PTDX1220,且其用量分别为187、2.5 g/t时,煤泥水沉降和澄清效果最好。凝聚剂和絮凝剂药剂用量和加药顺序的确定,为该选煤厂煤泥水的有效沉降奠定了基础。

Abstract:To solve the problem of higher processing cost and lower sedimentation efficiency by using traditional flocculant in slurry processing in Pingshuo No.2 colliery coal preparation plant,the coal slurry settlement test was done using new-type and high-efficiency flocculant and coagulant PTDN2140,and regime of agent was optimized.The test results show that the flocculant and coagulant PTDN2140 combined used,first adding PTDX1220 and then the PTDX1220 and the at dosage is 187 g/t and 2.5 g/t raw coal respectively the settlement and the clarification effect is best.,so it laid the foundation for effective treatment of coal slurry.
