| 摘 要： | 针对三交河选煤厂原煤中煤泥含量增高的问题,采用TBS-3.6干扰床分选机及配套设备进行了煤泥回收工艺改造。文章介绍了TBS-3.6干扰床分选机的结构、工作原理及技术参数,生产实践表明,TBS-3.6干扰床分选机的应用有效降低了全厂介耗,提高了精煤综合产率。

| Abstract: | To address the problem of higher content of slime in raw coal in Sanjiaohe coal preparation plant,TBS-3.6 teeter bed separator and associated equipment were used in technological reformation of slime recovery process,introduced the structure,working principle and technical parameter of TBS-3.6.The production result shows that the reformation effectively decreased the medium consumption and increased comprehensive yield of clean coal of the whole plant. |
