FGX系列复合式干选机选煤的研究

摘    要:简述了复合式干法分选机分选原理,列出了分选试验结果并进行分析,得出了复合式干法 分选机能有效分选~粒级物料;入料中~粒级能起自生介质作用,含量在左右756mm60mm25%比较适中;能有效分选外在水分<的原料煤,并且选后产品外在水分较选前入料低,即在降9%灰的同时还有一定的脱水作用。

Abstract:The paper briefly describes the separation principle governing the compund coal dry-cleaning machine and some experiment results listed and analyzed. It can be seen from these,the compound coal drycleaning machine can give high performance in coal separation and can effectively clean feeding coal material with size ~~fraction of 756mm.In the separator,the 60mm fraction in feed acts as auto-medium function,the moderate amount of which is about 25% of the feed. The separator can effectively clean dry raw coal with surface moisture less than 9% and the moisture of cleaned products is lower then that of raw feed, therefore the machine has a cerain material dewatering function in addition to separation.
