| 摘 要： | 本文提出建立基于GIS的县级国土资源电子政务系统的目标原则、方法步骤及应用体会。政务系统以国土资源工作主流程信息化为核心，在数据中心和数据交换体系支持下，实现国土资源管理各项业务流程的网络化、窗口化，构建起国土资源信息应用与服务平台。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the objective, principle, method and application experiences of establishing GIS based county level land and resources e-government system. The informatization of the land and resources works＇main process is the core of the e-government system. Under the support of the data center and data exchanges system, the network and window service of each business flow of land and resources management is realized, and the application and service platform of land and resources information is constructed. |
