立井工作面预注浆补孔注浆施工

Grouting Construction with Additional Boreholes in Pre-Groutingat Mine Shaft Sinking Face

In the pre-grouting construction at the mine shaft sinking face,additional grouting boreholes would be required to ensure the grouting water sealing effect especially in the complicated strata.In the additional borehole grouting at the Tengjia mine auxiliary shaft sinking face of Xincheng Gold Mine,the reinforced chips were applied to the grouting orifice tube.When the bolts were set on the reinforced chips and then the reinforced chips would be put in the concrete of the grouting cushion for the reinforcement,the cement-sodium silicate double grouts would be grouted to fix the tubes.When the double grouts consolidated,the additional orifice tube buried could be applied to drill borehole and grout under the condition of no curing.During the grouting process,high grouting pressure could be born.The construction method could realize the rapid and rational layout of the additional grouting borehole,could reduce the grouting construction period and could ensure the grouting effect.The operation would be simple and the feasibility would be strong.The method could be widely promoted and applied to the pre-grouting construction at the sinking face under the complicated geological condition.
