地表石灰岩矿山爆破对煤矿井下巷道稳定性及瓦斯涌出量的影响分析

摘    要:针对地表石灰岩矿山爆破开采将威胁煤矿井下安全生产问题,分析了井下煤层"三带"发展规律、瓦斯涌出规律、地面石灰岩矿山爆破对南杨煤矿井下巷道稳定性和瓦斯涌出量的影响,对井下巷道顶板岩柱临界安全厚度的确定以及爆破震动速度与爆心距、最大段炸药量之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:1小葛村石灰岩矿山开采爆破时,允许最大段炸药量不得超过190kg;南杨煤矿井下巷道顶板岩柱临界安全厚度不得小于42.2m。2小葛村石灰岩矿山采场爆破时,只要最大段炸药量和总炸药量不超过允许值,并且按照规划要求开采,就不会对南杨煤矿井下采掘工作面顶板稳定和瓦斯涌出等造成影响。

Analysis on Blasting Operation in Surface Limestone Mine Affected to Mine Roadway Stability and Gas Emission in Underground Coal Mine
Abstract:According to the blasting mining in the surface limestone mine would threaten the safety pro-duction in the underground coal mine,the paper analyzed the “three zones”development law and the gas emission law of the underground seam and the blasting operation of the surface limestone mine af-fected to the mine roadway stability and the gas emission volume in Nanyang Coal Mine.A study was conducted on the determination of the critical safety thickness of the roof rock pillar in the under-ground mine and the relationship between the blasting vibration speed and the blast center distance and largest section explosive quantity.The results showed that ① when Xiaogecun Limestone Mine was in the mining blasting,the allowed explosive quantity of the largest section should not be over 1 90 kg and the critical safety thickness of the roof rock pillar in the mine roadway of Nanyang Coal Mine should not be less than 42.2 m.② When Xiaogecun Limestone Mine was in the mining blasting,as soon as the explosive volume of the largest section and the total explosive volume would not be over the allowed value and according to the scheduled required mining,the blasting would not be affected to the roof stability of the mining face and the gas emission volume in Nanyang Coal Mine.
