大型露天煤矿闭坑后的生态环境问题及其对策

摘    要:详细论述了露天煤矿闭坑后可能引起的土地破坏、水体污染、大气污染和地质灾害等生态环境问题,并针对这些问题根据国内外的理论研究和工程实践,提出了土地复垦、环境污染治理和地质灾害防治的一系列对策。认为露天煤矿开采年限末期应制定详细的闭坑计划,充分利用矿山现有的人员和设备进行环境污染治理和矿山生态恢复,以减少资金投入。应对深大露天煤矿闭坑过程中引发的生态环境问题进行深入的理论研究,建设示范性工程,推广应用于全国。

Abstract:Ecological and environmental questions about damage to land,water pollution,air pollution and geological disaster etc.caused possibly by the closure of open pit coal mine are treated in detail.According to intenal and external theoretical research and engineering practice,the way of dealing with it by reclamation,bringing environmental pollution under control and proplylaxis and treatment of geological disaster etc,is put forward.It is considered that the planning of closure must be worked out in the last phase of the service life of open pit coal mine,that synthetically treatment of environment and rehabilitation of mine should be carried out to reduce expenses by making use of the personnel and equipment now available of mine.It is suggested that these environmental questions caused by closure of large-scale of open pit coal mine should the studied theoretically,and the engineering playing an exemplary role to the whole country should be worked.
