浅谈工作绩效考核及绩效工资分配

摘    要:分配机制是企业内部经营机制的重要方面,是国有企业在转轨变型、重组改制过程中无法回避,但又迫切需要取得突破的重大课题.对西山煤电集团公司机关处室及直属单位的工资绩效分配及绩效工资分配中存在的问题进行了分析,介绍了工作绩效考核制度的由来及绩效工资的构成和各部门内部对个人的考核办法,论述了该公司应建立适应市场经济要求的工资分配制度.
