前进式沿空留巷工作面“Z”型设计研究及应用

摘    要:针对常见的工作面回采顺序:后退式、前进式两种回采方式都存在不完善的问题,提出了两种方式结合的前进式沿空留巷"Z"型布置工作面回采方式,"Z"型布置工作面的特点是两个工作面可以同时布置,共用生产系统,并在百善煤矿681煤柱工作面优化设计中取得了巨大的经济效益。推行无煤柱开采,是煤炭企业改善安全条件和经济技术指标,增产、提效的重要途径之一。

Abstract:Aiming at the common working face mining sequence has two mining methods of backward and forward,there are not perfect problem,puts forward the working face mining mode of "Z" type layout of forward gob-side entry retaining which two ways combine,the feature of "Z" type layout working face is can simultaneously arrange two working face,share production system,and in the optimization design of 681 coal pillar working face of Baishan coal mine,gained enormous economic benefits.Implement the mining without coal pillar,is one of the important ways which the coal enterprises improve safety conditions,economic and technical index,increase production and enhance efficiency.
