义棠煤业巷道底鼓切槽控制技术研究

摘    要:针对100505工作面回采巷道底鼓的问题,通过建立力学模型,分析了底鼓的成因并提出了切槽卸压防治底鼓的措施,计算出了卸压槽的具体尺寸.利用FLAC3D数值模拟试验,得出了切槽宽度越宽,底鼓控制效果越好的结论,但巷道两帮及顶板变形量增加的特征,结合理论计算及数值模拟结果,确定了巷道切槽最佳尺寸;并在现场进行了工业试验,切槽切槽后150 d巷道最大底鼓量仅为73 mm,底鼓防治效果显著.

Abstract:In view of the floor heave in the roadway of the No.100505 working face in Yitang Mine,by establishing a mechanical model,we analyzed the causes of the floor heave,proposed preventive measures with cutting groove to release pressure,and calculated the specific size of the pressure relief groove.The FLAC 3D numerical simulation test showed that the wider the slot was,the better the control effect on the floor heave.However,the deformation of the two sides of the roadway and the roof increased.Combined with theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the optimal size of the slot was determined and an industrial test was carried out.The maximum floor heave of the roadway was 73 mm in 150 days after cutting groove with significant control effects.
