高应力坚硬顶板煤层巷道锚杆支护方案的确定

摘    要:针对国内某大型矿井高应力坚硬厚顶板煤层巷道锚杆支护方案的优化问题,通过分析初步确定了锚杆支护的候选方案,随后利用数值计算各方案时巷道围岩的稳定性,并据此确定锚杆支护方案.研究结果表明:该矿回采巷道属于高应力坚硬厚顶板煤层巷道,属于I类巷道顶板,巷道支护的重点应在巷道两帮.锚杆支护参数(锚杆直径、锚杆长度、锚杆间排距)对支护效果有较大影响.该矿条件下,帮部锚杆间排距对支护效果的影响较敏感;回采巷道帮部锚杆采用直径18mm、长度2.4m、间排距0.8m、锚固长度0.8m时锚固效果较好,能满足巷道稳定性要求.

Abstract:To the anchor support optimization for high-stress roadways with hard thick roofs,the alternative support plans are preliminarily determined after the analysis.Then the final plan is selected after the numerical calculation of each plan’s surrounding rock stability.The results show that the roadways are high-pressure with type I hard-thick roof.Therefore,the supporting should be focused on the two sides.Anchor supporting parameters(including diameter,length,and row & line space) have greater effect on the supporting.In the condition of this mine,the row & line space of side bolts is sensitive to the supporting influence.Side bolts are adopted with parameters as follows: the diameter is 18mm,the length 2.4m,the row & line space 0.8m,and the anchorage length 0.8m,which could satisfy the stability requirement.
