集料碱活性的检测方法与程序概述

摘    要:自混凝土集料中碱活性反应发现以来,随着混凝土集料用量的增加,工程界已认识到集料的碱活性是混凝土耐久性的重要影响因素,故对集料的碱活性检测成为混凝土质量控制的重中之重。目前主要有岩相法、测长法和化学法,化学法由于其有限性,逐步被淘汰,目前工程建设中以测长数据作为最终结果,而对于岩相法作用性的认识也正在逐步的提高。通过岩相法的原理及对岩石中典型矿物特征的分析进行集料母岩成岩环境及后期作用的推断,扩展了原有岩相法的功能及定性水平。文章对料场勘查中野外样品的采集进行了论述。最后对集料碱活性分析步骤进行讨论,使得碱活性测试更为合理、有效。

Abstract:Since the first accident of Alkali-Aggregate Reaction(AAR) found,with the increasing magnitude usage of aggregate inconcrete structure,the engineer realize that alkali-reactivity of aggregate is the most important influencing factor on durability ofaggregation,so the evaluating methods for potential alkali-reactivity of aggregate is the key parameter for controlling concrete quantity.Now the evaluating methods is petrographic examination,metrical examination and chemical examination.The method of chemicalexamination is quitted step by step for its limit.The data of metrical analysis is regarded as the last result.At the same time theunderstanding of petrographic examination is enhanced.Under the petrographic examination principle,through analyzing the characterof typical mineral in rock,the sediment environment and next natural effect to the aggregate can be detected,through which expand thefunction and level of qualitative analysis.The paper also review the exploring method in field and at last discuss the evaluating processand to establish more suitable and efficient procedure.
