有机蒙脱石层间烷基铵吸附定量表征的研究

摘    要:借助差热分析、热重分析等分析手段,研究了有机蒙脱石的热性能以及烷基铵在层间的吸附方式,建立了一种烷基铵层间有效吸附量定量分析的方法.热重分析表明,有机蒙脱石和钠蒙脱石的热性能不同,钠蒙脱石可以吸附更多的层间水,有机蒙脱石中吸附的烷基铵在230~480℃之间时完全分解.通过烷基铵层间吸附量的定量分析模型,可以根据改性剂的用量和烧失量,准确的计算出烷基铵的有效吸附率和有效摩尔吸附量.

Abstract:Using differential thermal analyse(DTA),thermalgravimetric analyse(TGA),the thermal property of Na-montmorillonite(Na-mont) and organomontmorillonite(OM) was compared,the adsorption state of intercalated cations in the layer of organomontmorilllonite was investigated.A new method for quantitative characterization of the alkyl-ammonium adsorbed in the layer was established.TGA results showed that OM and Na-mont have different thermal property,Na-mont hold more free water in the layers,and the intercalated al...
