摘    要:简单介绍了电石渣的产生和危害;以电石渣为原料,先酸化转换为二水石膏,再水热合成石膏晶须,探讨了电石渣的预处理过程中,酸的浓度和用量对生成的石膏产品质量的影响以及蒸养过程中料浆pH值对蒸养产品——石膏晶须长度及长径比的影响;介绍了石膏晶须在摩擦材料、塑料、填充材料等行业的应用。

Abstract:A brief introduction of how calcium carbide residue comes into being and its harm.Using calcium carbide residue as raw material,first transform it into dihrdrate gypsum through acidification,then synthesize gypsum whiskers by hydrothermal method.Investigate the influences of the concentration and dosage of sulfate on the quality of product gypsum,and the influences of slurry pH on the length and length diameter ratio of the steam-cured product gypsum whiskers.Introduce the application of gypsum whiskers in the industries of friction material,plastic,filling materials and so on.
