摘    要:通过建立实验室模型,对影响立磨机磨矿效率的介质大小及添加量进行了分析研究。小直径介质有利于磨机内能量密度的提高和磨削面积的增加,而适当增大介质直径则可提升有效磨矿容积和延长磨矿时间。介质参数的最终选取还要根据其它因素综合考虑。

Abstract:In this paper , based on the establishment of laboratory model , we have studied the effects of media size and amount on the grinding efficiency of vertical stirred mill .The results indi-cate that smaller size media is conducive to improve the energy density and increase the specific surface area of grinding in the mill cylinder , while larger size media enhances the volume of grind-ing space and expends the grinding time .The determination of media parameters should take into account other factors .
