某低品位铜钨矿回收铜硫试验研究

摘    要:某铜钨矿含铜0.197%、钨0.212%、硫6.32%。为后续选钨的顺利进行并充分利用铜硫资源,根据矿石低铜及高硫的特点,采用优先浮铜再活化选硫的工艺,最后获得了铜品位20.613%、回收率84.92%的铜精矿;硫品位42.63%、回收率87.20%的硫精矿。

Abstract:There is Cu 0.197%,WO3 0.212% and S 6.32% in a Cu-W ore.For the full development and utilization of mineral resources,and preparing for the subsequent separation of tungsten minerals from the ore,a separation process of copper minerals and sulfur minerals was studied.According to the characteristic of lower copper and higher sulfur,using selective flotation of copper and then activation of sulfur flotation process,copper concentrate of Cu 20.613% with a recovery of 84.93% and sulfur concentrate of S 42.63% with a recovery of 87.20% were obtained respectively.
