萤石精矿压团试验研究

摘    要:考察了水分含量、压力大小、黏结剂种类和温度对某品位70.67%的低品位细粒萤石矿粉压团成型抗压强度和落下次数的影响,通过单因素试验,并设计了四因素三水平正交试验.试验结果极差分析表明:萤石团块获得较高强度指标的工艺条件为A2 B3 C1 D2,即水分含量为11%、团压压力为15 MPa、黏结剂含量7%、干燥温度取100℃,干燥时间2.5h.最终萤石团块的抗压强度为5.91 MPa,2 m高度落下强度为9.1次,可用于冶炼助熔剂,达到综合利用低品位细粒萤石精矿粉资源的目的.

Abstract:Research was carried on parameters such as moisture content,pressure,type of binder and drying temperature that effect on the compressive strength and falling number of conglomeration produced by a fine,low grade fluorite concentrate containing 70.67% CaF2,according to the principle of orthogonal test design,the four-factor and three-level test were designed.Experimental results and extreme analysis indicated: good factors were A2,B3,C1,D2,namely moisture content 11%,pressure 15 MPa,binder 7%,drying temperature 100 ℃,drying time 2.5 hours.The compressive strength and falling strength of finally conglomeration was 5.91 MPa and 9.1 respectively.The product can be used as fluxing agent in smelting process.
