广东某白钨矿选矿的试验研究

摘    要:广东某钨矿的主要钨矿物为白钨矿,采用常温粗选—加温精选的浮选工艺回收钨矿物。当原矿品位WO3为0.593%时,以碳酸钠为调整剂,水玻璃为抑制剂,ZL为捕收剂,浮选闭路试验可获得品位WO365.97%、回收率81.98%的白钨精矿。

Abstract:The main tungsten mineral is scheelite in a tungsten mine Guangdong.Tungsten minerals are recovered by use of the flotation process of normal temperature roughing and heating cleaning,with Na2CO3 as regulator,sodium silicate as depressant and ZL as collector.A scheelite concentrate containing 65.97% WO3 with a recovery of 81.98% was obtained,by the closed-circuit flotation test from the run-of-mine containing 0.593% WO3 by the closed-circuit flotation test.
