攀钢钢渣、铁渣中金属铁资源的回收

摘    要:攀钢采用热焖工艺使钢渣粉化率达到92%,淘汰了传统的破碎、磁选工艺,并通过切割、自磨进一步提高了渣钢品位及回收率;对铁渣进行打砸、筛分和磁选,选出块铁和废渣,再利用球磨和重选工艺对废渣进行深加工,从而实现了钢渣、铁渣中铁资源的回收利用。

Abstract:The steel slag pulverization rate was able to achieve 92% in PanSteel by using high temperature stew in a covered vessel to replace the traditional process of crushing and the magnetic separation.The grade and recovery of slag steel were further enhanced by cutting and autogenous grinding.Block iron and waste residue were obtained by using hitting,screening and magnetic separation from steel slag and iron slag.Then,the waste residue was further processed of by a process of ball grinding and gravity concentration.This technology can recover the iron resources from these slags.
