格尔柯金矿提金工艺试验研究

摘    要:为解决甘肃玛曲格尔柯金矿选矿厂金浸出率指标一直偏低的问题,在生产现场完成了全泥炭浸正交试验、最优化条件试验和富氧浸出试验,确认了磨矿细度偏低是影响生产指标的主要原因。富氧浸出试验同时表明,采用富氧浸出工艺可以大大节省浸出时间。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the leaching recovery of gold is always a bit low in the Geerke gold mineral processing plant, Maqu, Gansu province, CIL experiment and its optimization experiment, rich-oxygen leaching experiment were conducted on the site. It was found out that the low leaching recovery of gold is mainly due to the coarser grinding size. At the same time the experimental results suggested that rich-oxygen leaching technology can largely save leaching time.
