摘    要:以贵州修文地区某低品位铝质岩为主要原料,采用高温烧结制备镁铝尖晶石陶瓷。研究分析了原料的配比、烧结制品,并对其抗压、抗折性能及吸水率进行测定。试验结果表明,烧结温度为1 200℃,试验最佳质量配比为低品位铝质岩60.86%、高岭土28.68%、石英2.46%、白云石粉8%,其吸水率为0.4%、抗压强度为49.1 MPa、抗折强度为8.2 MPa。XRD测试分析:试样的主要成分为镁铝尖晶石(MgAl2O4)、尖晶橄榄石(Mg2SiO4)、石英(SiO2),三者比例分别为55%、25%、20%。

Synthesis of Magnesia Spinel Ceramics from Low Grade Aluminite

Abstract:The low grade aluminous rocks in Guizhou Xiuwen area were used as the main raw materials to prepare magnesia spinel ceramics by high temperature sintering. The ratio of raw materials and the sintered products were studied and analyzed. Then the compression, bending resistance and water absorption were measured. The experimental results showed that the sintering temperature was 1 200℃. The best proportions of raw materials were 60.86% low grade aluminum rock, 28.68% kaolin, 2.46% quartz, and 8% dolomite powder. The water absorption of ceramics was 0.4%, the compressive strength was 49.1 MPa, and the flexural strength was 8.2 MPa. The analysis results of XRD indicated that the main compositions of the sample were magnesium-alumina spinel (MgAl2O4), pointe olivine (Mg2SiO4) and quartz (SiO2) with proportions of 55%, 25% and 20%, respectively.
