某硫化铜镍矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:根据该硫化铜镍矿的工艺矿物学特点,采用阶段磨矿、阶段浮选、两点出精矿的选矿流程。闭路试验表明,当原矿品位为Ni0.68%、Cu0.534%时,所获镍精矿镍、铜品位均大于3.5%,回收率分别大于60%、76%。

Abstract:Based on process mineralogical characteristics of villaninite,a process of "stage grinding,stage flotation,and concentrate discharge from two points" was adopted.The concentrate of 3.5%Ni and 0.534%Cu was obtained with respectively recovery of over 60% and 76% of Ni and Cu respectively by the closed-circuit test.
