CM51型超细粉碎机的粉碎与提纯机理研究

摘    要:作近几年研制的CM51型高速冲击式超细粉碎机,在我国非金属矿超细粉碎工艺中得到广泛应用。通过大量的试验研究和生产实践,发现它不仅可以进行超矿物细粉碎,而且还兼有提纯矿物的作用。分析了该机粉碎和提纯的机理,并通过对机内气流运动规律的研究,揭示该机具有粉碎和提纯双重功能的理论根据。对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The CM-51 ultra-fine comminuter developed by the author in the recent years has been widely used in the ultra-fine comminution processes of non-metallic ores in China. Through a large number of investigation and production practice, it was found to have the functions of ultra-fine comminution as well as purification of the minerals. A theoretical analysis on the mechanism of comminution and purification by this machine has been made in this article. From the study on the regularity of the air flow movement, the theoretical basis for the double functions of comminution and purification possessed by the machine has been revealed, which has certain significance in guiding the practical production.
