近年来,矿山尾矿作为二次资源加以开发利用引起了人们的高度关注,尾矿综合利用是国家缓解资源供需矛盾、减轻环境污染压力的重要途径,亟需建立健全尾矿综合利用标准体系. 通过对矿山尾矿资源综合利用现状的分析,从尾矿的资源属性、技术层面及政策层面三个方面阐述了建立尾矿资源综合利用标准体系的必要性和可行性,提出了尾矿资源综合利用相关技术和管理标准需求.

The Analysis on the Demand of Standards for Multipurpose Utilization of Mine Tailings Resources

In recent years , mine tailings exploitation to be used as secondary resource has aroused great concern .The multipurpose utilization of the tailings was an important way to alleviate the prob-lem of national resources supply and demand of national resources and to reduce environmental pol -lution stress .Therefore it was urgently needed to establish and improve the standard system of tail -ings multipurpose utilization .Through the survey on the status quo of mine tailings multipurpose uti-lization, the necessity and feasibility of establishing the standard system of tailings comprehensive utilization were analyzed from three aspects of resource properties of tailings , technical level and management level .The demand of technical and management Standards for multipurpose utilization of mine tailings resources was proposed .
