| 摘 要： | 21世纪人力资源管理在企业中的地位日趋重要。通过对矿业人力资源管理的现状分析，结合当前我国国有企业发展理论、市场经济发展理论，对我国矿山企业人力资源管理的改革进行了探讨，以期对我国国民经济的发展有所参考。
