攀枝花铁精矿磁选提铁降杂工艺研究

摘    要:在攀枝花铁精矿性质研究的基础上,进行了细磨深选、粗细粒级分别分选、复合力场分选(包括新型提铁降杂磁选机磁选、磁选柱分选、磁场筛分选)等试验研究,结果表明,无论采用何种磁选工艺,均可有效提高攀枝花铁精矿品位2个百分点以上,且能保证回收率在97%以上。对不同磁选工艺的特点分析,可对攀枝花铁精矿提铁降杂实践提供参考。

Improving Quality of Panzhihua Iron Concentrate by Magnetic Separation

Abstract:Based on the properties of Panzhihua iron concentrate, the technologies of fine-grinding and deep-processing, separation based on size fractions, separation based on multiple force fields (including JCTN RCG-DDC permanent magnetic separator, magnetic separation column and magnetic field screen) were carried out. The results show that, regardless of the magnetic separation process, Panzhihua iron concentrate grade can be improved by more than 2 percentage points and the recoveries were above 97%. The analysis of the characteristics of different magnetic separation technology can provide reference for the practice of improving iron content while decreasing impurities for Panzhihua iron concentrate.
