| Abstract: | As a result of the expansion of coal production scale and negligence of the coal quality control,the coal quality got worse,the quality accident and dispute apperared repeatedly.Therefore,this paper pointed out that very capable and high effect ogranic management was the basic management model,by the model,the product quality can be improved and the enterprise benefit can be increased. |
