湖南永和海泡石的石油钻井泥浆试验

摘    要:用湖南海泡石粘土做室内造浆试验和在南海油田进行钻井泥浆试验。分析和试验表明,该粘土的主要成分为海泡石、石英、滑石和少量方解石,不同粒度对其造浆性能有一定的影响:在NaCl和Na2CO3溶液中均可高度分散并建立起较稳定的粘度,但在造浆时要求有较强的剪切力。在该油田进行的泥浆试验基本达到预期目的。

Abstract:The article introduces the results of indoor mud test and drilling mud test at Nanhai oil field using the sepiolite originated from Hunan Province. The analysis and the test show that the primary components of the clay are sepiolite, quartz, talc and a spot of calcite, and the particle size of the clay is influential to the mud productivity. The clay can be effectively dispersed in NaCl or Na 2CO 3 solution and build up stable viscosity, but it demands stronger shearing force while creating mud. The mud test at Nanhai oilfield had basically achieved the expectant purpose.
