复杂地层中深孔绳索取心钻探技术研究

摘    要:研究开发成功的SQ系列高强度绳索取心钻杆首次采用了薄壁钻杆内镦粗技术。同时,通过优化接头螺纹参数,改进钻杆接头热处理和表面处理工艺,简化钻具结构等措施,使绳索取心钻杆强度提高40%以上,使用寿命明显增加,钻具冲洗液过流阻力大幅降低。钻杆可以采用垫叉和扳叉拧卸。在地质条件复杂的勘探区试验示范,取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract:Inner upsetting technology for thin wall drilling pipes was used in Series SQ high strength wire line drilling pipes. The strength of drilling pipes was increased 40% by optimizing joint thread parameters, improving heat treatment and surface treatment techniques and simplifying structure. The life of the driUing pipes was obviously increased. The pressure drop through the drilling pipes was decreased. A good result was gained in complicated geology conditions.
