哈尔乌素露天煤矿联络路供电系统优化措施分析

摘    要:国家能源集团准格尔能源有限责任公司哈尔乌素露天煤矿联络路供电系统是一个以电缆敷设形式的长距离供电系统,主要为露天煤矿地面用户供电,该供电系统的电压等级为6k V变400V。供电线路全部通过电缆耦合器将6k V矿用拖拽电缆连接起来,该供电系统所带负荷多、供电范围大,造成供电线路长、连接点和配电变电设备多,供电系统在运行过程中存在故障率高、供电可靠性差、稳定性差、安全性低、维护费用高等问题,优化该供电系统势在必行。本文对该供电系存在的问题进行分析,并提出一些优化改进措施和方案,有一定的借鉴意义。

Analysis on Optimization Measures of Connecting Passage Power Supply System in Haerwusu Opencast Coal Mine

Abstract:The connecting passage power supply system in Haerwusu Opencast Coal Mine of Jungar Energy Co.,Ltd. of CHN Energy is a long-distance power supply system in the form of cable laying,which mainly supplies power for the surface users of the open pit. The voltage level of the power supply system is 6kV to 400V. All the power supply lines are connected with 6 kV mine hauling cables through cable couplers. The power supply system has many loads and large power supply range,resulting in long power supply lines,many connection points and distribution and transformation equipment. During the operation of the power supply system, there are problems such as high failure rate, poor reliability, poor stability, low safety and high maintenance cost. It is imperative to optimize the power supply system. The paper mainly analyzes the causes of the existing problems in the power supply system,and put forward some optimization and improvement measures and schemes. It has reference value.
