海水法烟气脱硫技术在爪哇7号工程中的应用

摘    要:火电厂烟气脱硫过程的基本化学反应是酸碱中和,而海水是一种天然碱资源及脱硫剂,海水法烟气脱硫技术以海水作为SO2吸收剂,其工艺一般包括SO2溶解与吸收、海水中和以及氧化(曝气)等3个过程,海水脱硫工艺中及时消耗H+和SO32-可以获得更大的SO2吸收推动力。为深入了解海水法烟气脱硫技术,以神华国华印尼爪哇7号燃煤发电工程为例,介绍了海水脱硫的技术原理、工艺流程和系统构成,其中,1号机组性能试验结果表明海水脱硫系统的主要技术指标均满足设计要求及当地环保要求,说明1号机组海水脱硫系统具有较高的SO2吸收推动力,同时又保证了脱硫后的海水水质得到恢复。

Application of Seawater Flue Gas Desulfurization Technology in Jawa No.7 Project

Abstract:The basic chemical reaction in the flue gas desulfurization process of thermal power plant is acidbase neutralization,while seawater is a kind of natural alkali resource and desulfurizer.Seawater flue gas desulfurization technology uses seawater as SO2 absorbent,and its process generally includes three processes:SO2 dissolution and absorption,seawater neutralization and oxidation(aeration).During the seawater desulfurization process,the timely consumption of H+and SO32-can obtain greater SO2 absorption impetus.In order to gain an in-depth understanding of seawater flue gas desulfurization technology,taking Jawa No.7 coalfired power generation project of PT.Shenhua Guohua as an example,this article introduces the technical principle,process flow and system composition of seawater desulfurization.Among them,the performance test results of Unit 1 show that the main technical indexes of the seawater desulfurization system meet the design requirements and local environmental protection requirements,indicating that the seawater desulfurization system of Unit 1 has a high SO2 absorption impetus and ensures the recovery of seawater quality after desulfurization.
