浅议企业住宅区网络化管理

煤炭企业的职工住宅由原来随矿山分建，逐步转向工业区、生活区分离，各矿生活区集中建设，形成一个新兴的大规模居民住宅区。针对其各自管理存在的不足，应采用网络化立体管理模式进行住宅小区管理，建立小服务站，实现区内各类资源的合理流动，信息共享，提高牧业管理水平和后勤服务能力，促进物质文明和精神文明建设的共同发展，推进企业住宅区管理向城市化转变的进程。

A Preliminary Talk on Network Management of Residential District

The paper introduces situation of small residential ditrict of coal enterprices. In term of existing problems, author makes some proposals that network management model should be adopted, small district service center be,set up and so on , in order to make the resource reasonable movement, information share and to increase levels of management and service of the district.
