摘    要:针对395B电铲斗杆在岩土剥离过程中突然断裂的情况,对斗杆断裂原因进行了详细分析,并叙述了对斗杆采用内衬套加固焊接修复的工艺过程,及检修后斗杆的使用情况,为矿山大型圆杆类构件的修复提供了一定的检修经验。

Abstract:This article analyses the reasons of fracture mechanism for electric excavator dipper while it break in the process of rock and soil stripping and describes the welding process by reinforced bushing while the situation of the dipper using in the work.Some maintenance experiences were provid-ed for repairing the component of large-scale mining machine.
