迈步自移轨道铰接式设备列车的应用

摘    要:为解决以往设备绞车在使用吊车时出现钢丝绳断裂、操作失误等一系列的安全操作问题,黄陵二号煤矿引进了交替离地迈步轨道铰接式自移设备列车。结合自移设备列车的使用背景及用途,通过介绍列车的结构体系和工作方式,全面展示和分析了自移设备列车在煤矿综采工作面中的重要作用。在实际应用过程中,发现自移设备列车具有安全性高、节省人力物力、提高综采工作面供电质量等优点,但需注意监护巡视。自移设备列车的使用,为综采工作面的安全生产提供了先进的设备支持。

Application of alternative walking track-type self-moving equipment train

Abstract:In order to solve a series of safety problems such as wire rope fracture and operation error when using crane to drive equipment train,Huangling No.2 coal mine has introduced the alternative walking track-type self-moving equipment train.Combined with the use background of self-moving equipment train,the working mode of self-moving equipment train is introduced,and the application of self-moving equipment train in fully mechanized coal mining face is analyzed.In the process of practical application,it is found that the self-moving equipment train has the advantages of good safety,high economic benefit and good power supply quality,but it is still necessary to pay attention to the monitoring and inspection.The use of self-moving equipment train provides advanced equipment support for the safety production of fully mechanized mining face.
