大倾角特厚煤层综放工作面回撤优化与实践

摘    要:为了实现下沟煤矿ZF202大倾角特厚煤层综放工作面安全高效快速回撤,陕西泰盛能源工程有限公司借鉴以往大倾角工作面回撤工艺,改进优化了工作面支架回撤方案。通过加强施工过程安全管理,科学合理组织劳动力,强化施工准备期作业工序,攻克了回撤过程中煤层倾角大、顶板管理困难、支架倾斜、一通三防等诸多难关。实践表明,该方案提高了回撤工效及作业过程的安全系数,创造了下沟煤矿大倾角工作面设备回撤的最短工期记录,为类似条件下综放工作面回撤积累了宝贵的经验。

Optimization and practice on the withdrawal of fully mechanized caving face with large dip and extra thick coal seam

Abstract:In order to realize the safe,efficient and quick withdrawal of ZF202 fully mechanized caving face with large dip and extra-thick coal seam in Xiagou coal mine,Shaanxi Taisheng Energy Engineering Company improves and optimizes the support withdrawal scheme of working face based on the previous experience of large angle working face withdrawal.By strengthening the safety management in the construction process,organizing labor scientifically and reasonably,and optimizing the working procedures in the construction preparation period,many problems such as large coal seam dip angle,difficult roof management,inclined support,and“one ventilation and three preventions”are solved.The practice shows that the scheme improves the work efficiency and safety factor of operation process,creates the shortest construction period record of equipment withdrawal in large angle working face of Xiagou coal mine,which can provide valuable experience for the withdrawal of fully mechanized caving face under similar conditions.
