黄陵二号煤矿矿井顶板支护技术实践

摘    要:为探究如何在矿井采掘工作中采用合适的巷道顶板支护结构和支护技术,确保支护结构能够支持深层井巷采掘作业,杜绝巷道变形、片帮等事故的发生,以黄陵矿业公司二号煤矿301工作面为例,开展了顶板支护技术实践。在明确工程背景的基础上,提出如何根据实际情况正确选择支护参数,确定了301工作面胶带巷反掘临时支护采用前探梁临时支护装置,永久支护为锚网索梁联合支护的矿井顶板支护技术方案。实践表明,该技术方案可以满足生产实际需要,对保证煤矿安全生产起到十分重要的作用。

Practice of roof support technology in Huangling No.2 coal mine

Abstract:In order to explore the appropriate roof supporting technology and supporting parameters in the coal mining and tunneling work,ensure the safety of the deep mining work,and prevent the occurrence of accidents such as roof damage and rib spalling of the roadway,the roof supporting technology research and practice were carried out in No.301 working face of Huangling No.2 coal mine.According to the geological and mining conditions of No.301 working face,the roof support scheme of the belt roadway in No.301 working face was put forward,which adopts temporary support with forepoling bar support device and permanent support with bolt-mesh-cable-beam combined support.Practice shows that the technical scheme can meet the actual needs of production and play a very important role in ensuring the safety of coal mine production.
