高压分层注浆技术在松散体包围下破碎矿柱回采中的应用

摘    要:铜坑矿92#矿体为回采松散体包围下破碎矿柱,提出高压分层注浆技术,采用机械化上向水平进路充填法对201#、202#以及203#破碎矿柱进行回采。详述了高压注浆加固松散体技术及注浆工程布置、注浆主要参数计算、注浆工艺过程。高压分层注浆技术有效解决了松散体稳固性差、回采作业安全性差以及矿石损失贫化大等问题。高压分层注浆技术不仅提高了矿岩自身稳固性,而且还大大增加了顶板允许暴露面积,提高矿石回采率23%,贫化率18%,增强了回采作业的安全性。实践表明,高压分层注浆技术的应用,可有效解决松散体包围下破碎矿柱的回采难题,具有工程的可行性和有效性以及良好的推广价值。

Abstract:In order to stoping the broken pillar surrounded by loose body in the 92#orebody of Tongkeng mine, come up with the high-pressure layered grouting technique, used the mechanization up-ward lane filling mining method to exploit the 201#, 202# and 203# broken pillar. Expatiated reinforcement loose body of the high pressure grouting technology and the grouting engineering layout, the main grouting parameters, the grouting technological process. The high-pressure layered grouting technology effectively resolved the problems about the poor stability of loose body, the mining operation safety loophole, and the large ore loss and dilution. The high-pressure layered grouting technology not only improved the ore rock stability, but also greatly increased the allowed exposed area of roof, and improved the ore recovery rate 23%, the dilution rate 18%, enhanced the safety of mining operations. Practice shows that the application of high-pressure layered grouting technology, which can effectively solve the recovery problem of the broken pillar surrounded by loose body, has the feasibility and effectiveness of engineering, and good popularization significance.
