扩散渗析技术在湿法冶金工业上的应用现状及展望

摘    要:介绍扩散渗析技术回收酸、碱的原理及应用特点,阐述当前国内外扩散渗析技术在湿法冶金的研究和应用现状。该技术应用结果表明,采用扩散渗析技术不仅可以回收废液中的酸碱,而且可以降低后续废液处理中和剂的用量。因此,该技术具有清洁、节能、环保的特点,在湿法冶金工艺中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The principle and application characteristics of recycling acid and alkali by diffusion dialysis technology were introduced. The research and application status of diffusion dialysis technology in hydrometallurgy industry home and abroad were described. In the application of diffusion dialysis technology, not only acid and alkali could be recovered from waste liquid, but the consumption of neutralizing agent could also be reduced in the following processing of waste liquid. Therefore, the technology is clean, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with broad application prospects in hydrometallurgy.
