无压浸渗制备Si3N4/Al梯度复合材料工艺研究

摘    要:采用无压浸渗工艺方法制得Si3N4/Al梯度复合材料,并对其宏观形貌、显微组织及硬度进行了观察和测定。研究了工艺参数对无压浸渗过程的影响,结果表明:N2气氛保护、适当的浸渗温度和预制体合适的氧化程度均有利于铝合金液渗入Si3N4基体。

Abstract:The graded Si3N4/Al composite was prepared by pressureless infiltration process, and theSmacro morphology, the microstructure, theShardness was observed and measured. The effects of technology parameters on pressureless infiltration process were discussed. The result shows that:SN2Sprotective atmosphere,SappropriateSinfiltrationStemperature andSSsuitableSoxidation degree of perform to promoteSaluminum alloySliquidSinto theSSi3N4 matrix.
