摘    要:以瑶岗仙钨矿为背景,分析了现采矿方法的特点与存在的问题,使用BP神经网络对凿岩爆破参数进行优选,以总炸药单耗作为综合评价指标,选择合理的孔间距为0.9m,排距为0.8m;改进了现采矿方法底部结构,采用电动铲运机出矿代替电耙出矿,不留底柱。实践表明,优选出的爆破参数爆破效果良好,降低了采矿成本,改进后的采矿方法矿石损失贫化小,回收率高,提高了采场生产能力。

Abstract:The characteristics and existing problems of the mining scheme in Yaogangxian tungsten mine were analysis Back-Propagation neural network was used to optimize the blasting parameters,the sum of unit explosive consumption was confirmed to be the comprehensive evaluation index,The results show that the best interval and row-space of holes are 0.9 m and 0.8m.The structure parameter in the stope was optimized without still pillar ,electric rake ore removal was replaced by scooptram mining .Practices indicate that the optimal parameters reduced the mining cost with a good blasting effect ,the improved mining method has a greater capacity for ore removal and improved the recovery rate.
