含铒铝合金TIG焊与激光焊接头组织与性能的对比研究

摘    要:对含Er5083铝合金冷轧板进行了TIG焊与激光焊接,对两种焊接接头进行了显微硬度测试和力学性能测试,并对各区域的微观组织进行对比观察,探讨了稀土Er对焊缝及热影响区组织与性能的影响。结果表明,激光焊接头的抗拉强度平均值为母材抗拉强度值的82.4%;TIG焊接头的抗拉强度平均值为母材抗拉强度值的77.1%。两种焊接接头的力学性能最差的位置分别是:TIG焊为熔合区,激光焊为焊缝中心处。在TIG焊接头主要的强化机制是细晶强化,析出相强化以及由Al3(Er, Zr)带来的热循环软化抗力的增加。激光焊焊接接头的主要强化机制是细晶强化。

Abstract:In this paper, the TIG welding and laser welding containing Er5083 aluminum alloy cold-rolled plate were carried out, the micro-hardness testing and mechanical testing were conducted of each welded joints, the microstructure observation of every regions were also be conducted. The change of microstructure and properties on two kinds of welding joints and heat-affected zone after added rare earth element Er was discussed. The results show that, the average value of tensile strength of laser welding joint is the 82.4% of the base matel, the average value of tensile strength of TIG welding joint is the 77.1% of the base matel. The weakest position of TIG welding is the fusion, and the center of the welding joint is the weakest position of laser welding. The main strengthening mechanisms in TIG welding joint is fine grain strengthening, precipitation phase strengthening and the increase of thermal cycling softening resistance of Al3 (Er, Zr). The main strengthening mechanism of laser-welded joints is grain refinement strengthening.
