摘    要:研究采用新型抑制剂BK511,对强捕收剂黄药浮选的铜钼混合精矿进行了铜钼分离浮选试验研究。试验采用两次铜钼分离粗选、钼粗精矿一次精选后再磨、再经五次精选工艺流程,获得了钼精矿含钼45.31%,含铜1.14%,钼回收率89.94%的浮选指标。试验结果表明,BK511对采用强捕收剂黄药浮选的铜钼混合精矿中的铜矿物,具有较好的抑制作用。

Abstract:The flotation separation of a copper molybdenum bulk concentrate with the new inhibitor BK511 is investigated. By a process of two stages roughing,one stage cleaning and rough concentrate regrinding followed by five stages cleaning, a molybdenum concentrate containing 45.31% Mo and 1.14% Cu with a molybdenum recovery of 89.94% is obtained. The experimental results show that the inhibitor BK511 has a good inhibitory effect on copper minerals in copper molybdenum bulk concentrate which has been obtained by flotation using strong collector xanthate.
