微波活化焙烧辉钼矿工艺研究

摘    要:摘 要:研究微波活化焙烧辉钼矿工艺过程,并利用辉钼矿的TG曲线和DSC曲线研究了微波活化辉钼矿对其焙烧过程影响的实质。结果表明,微波活化辉钼矿主要促进了氧化焙烧后期的深度氧化过程,降低了此阶段的反应温度,而且使辉钼矿氧化更充分。在P=640W,G=30g,t=6min活化条件下的辉钼矿生成的钼焙砂硫含量比未活化的辉钼矿生成的钼焙砂硫含量降低了0.256%;在P=560W,G=30g,t=6min活化条件下的辉钼矿生成的钼焙砂硫含量比未活化的辉钼矿生成的钼焙砂硫含量降低了0.199%;在P=560W,G=30g,t=12min活化条件下的辉钼矿生成的钼焙砂硫含量比未活化的辉钼矿生成的钼焙砂硫含量降低了0.235%。

Abstract:Abstract:The process of microwave activated roasting of molybdenite is studied, and the essence of microwave activation is also investigated by TG as well as DSC curves of molybdenite.The results show that the microwave activation mainly promotes the late process of oxidizing roasting, reducing the reaction temperature of this stage.Sulfur content of molybdenum calcine under the activated condition of P=640W,G=30g and t=6min is reduced by 0.256%;sulfur content of molybdenum calcine under the activated condition of P=560W, G=30g and t=6min is reduced by 0.199%;sulfur content of molybdenum calcine under the activated condition of P=560W, G=30g and t=12min is reduced by 0.235%.
