稀土元素对铸造铝合金多路阀阀体材料性能影响研究

摘    要:为了提升铸造铝合金多路阀阀体的性能,在铸造过程中添加不同含量稀土元素,通过拉伸测试其机械性能并对材料的微观组织进行分析。研究表明,适量稀土(0.2%)添加能够细化合金阀体材料的晶粒,提升材料的机械强度,但是稀土的添加对于合金材料的延伸率有一定的影响,过量的稀土添加将导致材料屈服强度的显著下降。添加适量的稀土元素将使得铝合金多路阀阀体材料的综合性能获得一定提升。

Abstract:In order to enhance the material properties of cast aluminum alloy multi-valve body,the rare earth elements is adding in the casting process with various amounts. The tensile is used to test mechanical properties of the material and the microstructure also be analyzed. Research shows that an appropriate amount of rare earth (0.2%) can refine the grain of alloy multi-valve body, which will enhance the mechanical strength of the material, but the addition rare earth would lead to certain effect on the elongation of alloy material, and an excess rare earth will result the yield strength of material to drop significantly. And an appropriate amount of rare earth elements being added into alloy system will improve the comprehensive performance of the aluminum alloy multi-valve body.
