摘    要:通过浮选试验、吸附量测试、zeta电位测试和沉降试验,研究油酸钠对微细粒白钨矿浮选的影响。结果表明,粒度对白钨矿的浮选行为影响较大,细粒级白钨矿浮选回收率低于粗粒级白钨矿。油酸钠是白钨矿的适宜捕收剂,随油酸钠用量增多,细粒级白钨矿回收率增加。油酸钠能在白钨矿表面吸附,增大白钨矿表面接触角的同时促进细粒级白钨矿的团聚,使细粒级白钨矿表观粒度增大,回收率增加。

Abstract:The effect of sodium oleate on fine scheelite flotation has been studied by flotation experiments, zeta potential measurements, adsorption testing and sedimentation test, and the mechanism was also discussed. The result showed that particle size has influence on scheelite flotation and the flotation recovery of fine scheelite is lower than that of coarse scheelite. Sodium oleate is a suitable collector for scheelite flotation and the fine-grained scheelite recovery increased with the increase of sodium oleate dosage. Sodium oleate can adsorb on scheelite surface, not only increase scheelite contact angle, but also promote fine-grained scheelite agglomerate, thus making the recovery increased.
