摘    要:以铜冶炼黑铜泥为原料,研究氧化酸浸和氧化碱浸过程的酸/碱过量系数、反应温度、液固比、通氧气量、搅拌速度等因素对Cu、As浸出率的影响规律,并确定了最佳的工艺条件。研究结果表明,黑铜泥氧化酸浸Cu、As浸出率分别为93.15%,94.74%;氧化碱浸As浸出率为90.27%。黑铜泥氧化浸出工艺实现了Cu、As与其他有价金属的有效分离。

Abstract:Using copper as the raw material for floating anode slime, the effects of acid/alkali concentration, reaction temperature, liquid solid ratio, oxygen partial pressure and stirring rate on the leaching rate of copper and arsenic were studied, and the optimum technological conditions were determined. The results showed that the leaching rate of copper and arsenic in black copper sludge by oxidizing acid leaching was 93.15% and 94.74%. The leaching rate of copper and arsenic in black copper sludge by oxidation alkali leaching was 90.27%. The effective separation copper and arsenic from other valuable metals was realized by oxidation leaching process of black copper sludge.
