摘    要:为改善腾冲县污水处理厂配套管网工程巷道掘进爆破效果,通过理论计算及LS-DYNA数值模拟方法对现有爆破方案中关键参数进行优化,分别建立不同掏槽及光面爆破数值模型并对其开展计算,提取爆破过程造成的损伤因子D,并基于损伤因子D对爆破效果进行分析。试验结果表明:双空孔可为掏槽孔间产生连贯空腔提供良好条件;对比掏槽孔间距为20cm、30cm、40cm时掏槽爆破效果,发现间距为30cm时能形成最大空腔且贯通;对比光爆孔间距分别为30cm、40cm、50cm时的爆破效果,随着孔间距增加,两孔间的损伤区由贯通转变为不贯通,光爆间距为40cm时爆破效果可达到最佳。将以上结论运用于实际工程,发现爆破效果明显改善,表明利用岩石损伤演化规律对隧道掘进中炮孔参数优化是行之有效的。

Abstract:In order to improve the blasting effect of roadway excavation for the Tengchong County wastewater treatment plant supporting pipeline network project, the key parameters of the existing blasting scheme were optimized by theoretical calculation and LS-DYNA numerical simulation method, and different numerical models of trenching and light surface blasting were established and calculated respectively to extract the damage factor D caused by the blasting process, and the blasting effect was analyzed based on the damage factor D. The test results show that: double hollow holes can provide good conditions for creating coherent cavities between cutting holess; comparing the hollowing blasting effect when the spacing between hollowing holes is 20cm, 30cm and 40cm, it is found that the maximum cavity can be formed and penetrated when the spacing is 30cm; comparing the blasting effect when the spacing between smooth blasting holes is 30cm, 40cm and 50cm, the damage zone between the two holes changes from penetrated change to not through,smooth blasting hole spacing of 40cm when the blasting effect can reach the best. Applying the above findings to the actual project, it is found that the blasting effect is significantly improved, indicating that the use of rock damage evolution law for tunnel boring in the optimization of gun hole parameters is effective.
