摘    要:针对2024-T4铝合金腐蚀损伤与材料宏观力学参量的定量关系开展实验研究。基于腐蚀形貌观测和表面腐蚀率的统计分析,确定了定量表征材料腐蚀损伤的有效参量,分析了腐蚀损伤与抗拉强度、疲劳寿命等力学参量的定量关系。结果表明,分布在概率区间0.15~0.85内的表面腐蚀率平均值更能有效地表征铝合金材料的腐蚀损伤程度,该有效表面腐蚀率与抗拉强度、疲劳寿命分别满足指数函数关系。当腐蚀损伤为0.05时,疲劳寿命的下降已十分明显(约下降35%),而当腐蚀损伤达到0.2后,材料抗拉强度才略有下降(约下降3%)。

Abstract:In this paper, quantitative relation between corrosion damage and macro mechanical parameters of 2024-T4 aluminum alloy was experimentally investigated. Based on observation of corrosion morphology and statistical analysis of surface corrosion rate, an effective parameter to characterize the corrosion damage was determined. After that, the quantitative relation between corrosion damage and tensile strength was established, as well as fatigue life. Experimental results showed that, the average corrosion damage of those distributed in the range of 0.15 to 0.85 can more effectively reflected the damage level of aluminum alloy. The relation of corrosion damage and tensile strength met the exponential function, as well as fatigue life. When the damage correlation reached 0.05, the fatigue life was reduced dramatically by 35%. When the damage correlation reached 0.2, the tensile strength was reduced lightly by 3%.
